Again, not having time to deconstruct everything in this, I'll pick on just two things.
See page 2 of the PDF and section 0008. Here a claim is made for a gene signatures for genes that encode various phospho-proteins. Well you can't have that, full stop. Even someone as poorly educated as the CEO at Nuclea Biotechnologies must know that a gene encodes a protein, but has no influence on whether that protein is itself phosphorylated.
Second is the familiar ground of where does Muraca get his tissues. The usual answer is of course, "out of thin air" Here he confusingly states on page 6 in (0044) that NSCLC samples from 250 patients undergoing various treatments including erlotinib and gefitinib were sourced. No sense of whether they had responded to these treatments over a meaningful timescale was given, nor why indeed they'd be having lung tissue removed if they were 'responders'.
Table B on page 11 of the PDF paints a different picture with a jumble of tissue microarrays being mentioned. It's just confused nonsense.
The serious point as ever is that Muraca is concocting this to build up the house of cards that is Nuclea Biotechnologies. It keeps getting closer to patients being involved. This needs to stop now and the investors are the only ones that can cut this off immediately. Let's hope they have the guts to confront this.

I will refer you to a recent "Pat-aint" where the "invention" relates to novel antibodies and methods of raising them using specific kinase peptides. Muraca says “This is another major step forward for Nuclea and the future of personalized medicine. Our continued research in this field will lead to more comprehensive detection and more effective treatment of breast cancer and other deadly diseases.”
Research??? What research are you talking about??? Has anything come out of your "research" ever? You and everyone involved with your efforts are a disgrace to science. And for any investors who continue to waste money in a dead end, dead beat CEO two words, "PONZI SCHEME". Borrow money to pay for money borrowed.

I view this blog with great interest. We made a transaction with Nuclea Biotechnologies worth over $16,000. The invoice is past due for 40 days, and the accounting department is not returning calls or emails, and doesn't seem to have the intention to pay. I am really concerned now.
In line with the blog, it does appear something is not right with this company.
Any advice how to get my money back?

You need to sue them...otherwise kiss the money good bye. To be frank, someone needs to wake these "investors" up who are putting money in something without return. This is a ponzi scheme PM has been running for years. P Muraca and anyone involved at that level should be behind bars
We may have to. Why would they do this thing? It seems to me they are in good shape in their business, and there are many people are still dealing with them. Do they even care about their reputation? Has anyone had any bad transactions with them before?

I hope that you got your money from them. Certainly I've seen plenty of people lose money (and jobs) in the wake of a previous situation caused by this individual.
I wouldn't waste too much patience on this, but would forcefully demand what is owing to you.
Word in the industry says that this company has not made a penny, ever. They genuinely have nothing to offer for a product, or service/test. The investors need to wake up to the reality that they are throwing money in a "black hole".
This companies only trademarks are greed, corruption, lies, and using investor money to pay prior investors.
It really bothers me when people get away with things such as this. If anyone truly investigated the building(s) they do business from, you would imagine they would find everything they needed to put this company to bed. Looking at the "offerings" they apparently have and the reputation (CEO) Muraca has in the industry one could imagine certain standards of practice are not in order.

Does the company even have a catalog? There is nothing on it's website but mentions of an assay for this and an assay for that. No list of services/prices. Do they actually sell anything or do any work? Maybe you have to call them with a secret password to get a list of services and prices.
For an entrepreneur of Muraca's caliber then there really is no need for such trivia it seems.
When he was pressed on this in an NECN TV interview, in the end he put his continued success down to some licensing deals with several big-pharma (no mention of these deals in their PR strangely) and the continued support of his wonderful investors. Keep the faith you guys!

Thanks for the video link. I just watched it. When he said there are no products (he's not selling those fabulous tissue arrays, a holdover from the Clinomics days)available and their source of income was "intellectual properties licensed to specific companies", what do you think he's referring to.
